outside of Rolling Folk. I was hoodwinked by these bogus review and I wanted to provide a reality check people not from the area. I was in-town for a function that was nearby and not a resident of Mississippi. I will never ever return to this DUMP & the manager refusal to refund me my money. This MOTEL GETS NOOOO STARS!!!!! These rooms are sleezy with lots of activity around the business. I paid $43.50 per day times two days. The rooms are not secured from the outside meaning you can easily "Jimmy" the door with just a credit card; I pointed this out to management so management gave me two additional rooms with the same thing occurring. I reported I didn't feel safe at this establishment or leaving things in this room while away. I request a refund for my second day and the manager act like he didn't know how to refund back to my card. The water is a brownish color and the room cleaning conditions were unkempt. Please take you MONEY and get better rooms 28-30 miles

This Motel could definitely use some work, but when you need a super affordable place to crash for the night with plenty of hot water, AC, and tv for the kids, this will the job done. And it's right next to a convenience store gas station so super easy to gas up and hit the road the next morning.
It was clean but the room has a old odor, also carpet needs changing.
